Return & Refund Policy

At AR-ELECTRONICS, returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or different from the item ordered.

24-Hour Return / Claim Period

Any issue with an order must be reported to AR-ELECTRONICS within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Customers must inspect their order immediately after delivery.

Claims submitted after the 24-hour period may not be accepted, except where applicable warranty terms or consumer protection laws apply.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds because the customer:

• Changed their mind

• No longer wants the product

• Ordered the wrong model, size, specification, or color

• Found the product cheaper elsewhere

• Purchased the product by mistake

• No longer needs the product

Customers are responsible for checking the product specifications and compatibility before completing their purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

A return request may be accepted if:

• The product arrived defective

• The product was damaged before or during delivery

• The customer received a different product from what was ordered

• Essential items or accessories included with the product are missing

The customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Product name

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

• Photos of the packaging when relevant

The product may need to be inspected before a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund is approved.

Condition of Returned Products

Any product approved for return must be returned with:

• Original packaging

• All accessories

• Manuals and included items

• Serial numbers and labels intact

• No physical damage caused by the customer

Products that have been damaged, modified, misused, opened improperly, repaired by another party, or have missing parts may be refused.

Opened or Used Electronics

Opened or used electronics cannot be returned unless they are confirmed to have a qualifying defect or were supplied incorrectly.

Compatibility

AR-ELECTRONICS is not responsible for returns caused by compatibility issues when the product specifications were correctly provided.

Customers should confirm compatibility with their existing device, computer, console, software, or setup before purchasing.

Software & Digital Issues

Returns are generally not accepted for problems caused by:

• Software

• Drivers

• Operating systems

• Applications

• Games

• Customer settings

• Viruses or malware

• Third-party programs

Hardware warranty, where provided, remains subject to the warranty terms of the specific product.

Refunds

A refund will only be issued after the product has been received, inspected, and the return has been approved.

Depending on the case, AR-ELECTRONICS may provide:

• Replacement

• Exchange

• Repair

• Refund

Delivery and return transportation charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect, defective, or damaged product supplied by AR-ELECTRONICS.

Warranty

Products covered by warranty after the initial 24-hour period will be handled according to the warranty terms applicable to that specific product.

A warranty claim does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
